IPH Phase 1 Scope of Work

	The IPH Board partnered with the Washington State Department of Transportation and the Idaho Transportation Department to study the region’s capacity for economic development. The Inland Pacific Hub Phase 1 Transportation Study has two primary objectives: 1) to identify the Inland Pacific Hub’s capacity as a globally-connected, multimodal transportation gateway; and 2) to identify the critical infrastructure requirements needed to drive the Inland Pacific Hub’s future economic growth.
